The personal trainers work closely with each client, first to design an individually tailored fitness and nutritional plan, and then ensure that the client meets the agreed objectives. Such objectives might include anything from weight-management and muscle-toning to competition training.
Each client is helped to achieve their goals in a relaxed but focused and safe atmosphere. He does this ruring a regular 60- or 90-minute training session in a gym or other appropriate environment, using free weight, cardiovascular and resistance machines, body weight and circuit training.
